30-Day Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items Eligible for Return:
Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
Personalized items or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at kyshonjones@newstarera.com or call us at +1 832-793-4941 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Include your RMA number with your return shipment.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Refunds
Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method:
